Transformation of an existing restaurant into Benito’s, a new Mexican eatery, within the departure lounge at London Luton Airport.
Positioned among retail units and a passenger transit route to the gates, the project required robust health-and-safety plans and continuity of building services with no disruption to adjacent businesses.
