Overview
Appointed as principal contractor for the design and build of Firmus Energy's new headquarters, delivered in close collaboration with Reddy Architects. The scheme comprehensively refurbished the entire ground floor of an existing two-storey building into a bright, modern and welcoming workplace that reflects the Firmus Energy brand.
The 14-week programme ran in three phases to keep the occupied second floor fully operational throughout. The new HQ incorporates private offices and meeting rooms, collaborative work zones, breakout areas and staff facilities.

- Subdivision into private offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas
- MEP services including roof plant and service areas
- Contrasting floor, wall and ceiling finishes
- Co-ordination of client furniture installation
