Overview
Appointed Principal Contractor for the construction, refurbishment and fit-out of Keavan's Port Hotel — JD Wetherspoon's first city-centre pub and hotel and its single largest investment in 41 years.
The project restored eight Georgian terrace houses and a historic church, adding two new hotel blocks to form an 89-bed hotel and a 10,000 sq ft bar and restaurant opening into a 20-metre glazed atrium.
